These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9z999 platform and you ("User"). 2.2 Registration Process

Providing accurate and truthful information when creating an account is mandatory. Each user may operate only one account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts or operates an account using another person's identity, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to or activity on your account must be reported to 9z999 immediately. 9z999 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from third-party use of your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 9z999 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No other payment methods are accepted. Deposits generally take a few minutes to reflect in the account, though delays may occur due to technical reasons.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal, and you must use a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Verification

In the interest of ensuring security, 9z999 reserves the right to verify identity before any transaction. The verification process may require a national identity card, mobile banking account details, or other documents. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will still apply, making the total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has a specific validity period; it will be forfeited once expired.
  • A welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
  • Certain types of bets placed with bonus funds may be excluded from wagering requirements.
  • Multiple bonus claims from the same household, same IP address, or same device are not permitted.
  • 9z999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Commitment to Fair Play

  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular activity on the platform. 9z999 reserves the right to modify the rules and benefits of the VIP program. Separate wagering requirements may apply for VIP cashback or rewards.

7 Responsible Gaming

9z999 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. The platform should be used for entertainment purposes only and not as a solution to financial problems.

  • Users may set their own deposit and betting limits.
